The Andreassi family of Abruzzo, produce a top class versatile oil, with a gorgeous peppery flavour, which is excellent in cooking, drizzled on bread or ciabbatta or as part of a classic vinaigrette for salads. This award winning oil won top prize in the Monaco SlowFood Gran Prix in November 2008. The Andreassi family tell us that Prince Albert uses their oil.
